This redefined European steakhouse experience is reflected through the modern, understated, yet sophisticated design with soft lighting and relaxed, attentive service. The experience is augmented by an in-house dry ager and a cellar boasting a superb selection of fine wines.
We aimed to create a contemporary warm, rich, dark setting. We combined perforated bronze ceiling panels with rich dark timber panelled walls and artwork glass screens as backdrops for banquette seating.
The dining table tops are dark brown marble, a nod to the restaurant’s name and concept.
Other design features include the bespoke lighting feature of connected geometric glass and the artwork-heavy walls resembling an art gallery.
