The concept was a celebration of food, allowing it to be the hero and feature of the restaurant.
We aimed to provide a contemporary fresh environment, understated and refined, creating a neutral backdrop for the food offering.
We have created views into the galley to connect the guest with the ‘theatre’ of food preparation.
We also created intimate seating groups with banquette seating and screens. The design style includes soft-formed curves and a light neutral palette.
The venue has a private room for wine tasting and sits as a feature as you enter the restaurant.
